Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation process depends on whether the product has been shipped by then or not.
1. Order Not Shipped
You can get in touch with our Customer Support team and they will help you in cancelling your order. Please have your order number ready with you when you call us for quick cancellation.
They can also help you in cancelling one of the many products you ordered.
2. Order Shipped
If your order has been shipped and you want to cancel it, get in touch with our Customer Support team and let them know first. They will update our systems to reflect that you do not need the product anymore andset in process for your refund.
Then, do not accept the package when it is delivered to you and ask the courier person to return it to us.
Exception: All orders can’t be cancelled after order is shipped. The products whose order can’t be cancelled after shipment processed, are mentioned in the product page of such products.
In case of cancellation of the prepaid order, for the refund of the paid amount please refer to our Refund Policy.
We also reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock at our vendor location, is found to have quality issues, or for some unforeseen reasons. You will be informed if it happens.
Return Policy:
We, at Wishvilla take utmost care so that you should be happy and satisfied with the products you bought from us. But, if in any case you want to return the product, you must abide by below mentioned Return Policy-
For return of your products, you are requested to contact us via email to cc@wishvilla.com /Call Us +(91)9987537703 with return request containing your order number and reason to return the product within 7 days of receipt of the product by you. If you have received a damged product you should inform us via email to cc@wishvilla.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product by you.
- Product must be unused, should not have any signs of wear & tear and should have all tags intact. It should be properly packed in same condition and in same packaging you have received at the time of delievry. You need to affix our logistics partner’s Air Way Bill sent by us to you though email. If we receive the parcel with improper packaging then we shall not accept it.
- For refund of your payment made for the returned product/s please refer to our “Refund Policy”.
Refund Policy:
- We will refund your order amount after deducting shipping cost, COD charges if applied and any local taxes paid or for same amount (amount after applicable deduction) you can choose to have Wishvilla Credit with 5% incremental value in your account wallet which you can use for your future purchases. Refund amount will be credited to same bank account/credit card account by which the payment was made. In case you placed your order on Cash On Delivery mode, we shall confirm through telephone or email for the options to transfer the refund amount.
- The refund will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the product. The amount will be credited in your bank account by which the payment was made and will reflect in 12-15 working days. If it does not reflect in your account after 15 days, you may inquire with your bank.
